Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst within Revenue Operations to modernize analytics on a remote-first basis from the Philippines. You will own data models, pipelines, and tests that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance, migrating legacy workflows to dbt on Redshift and building certified data marts.

The role emphasizes designing lineage, orchestration, and cost control while enabling predictive metrics like churn and lead scoring.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering or BI with hands-on modeling responsibility.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade dbt projects with testing and documentation.
• Hands-on production experience with Dagster or Airflow and orchestration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy workflows into documented, tested dbt models on Redshift.
• Design models with deliberate grain and clear lineage for certified data marts.
• Own orchestration, monitoring, and alerting in Dagster or Airflow, and the ingestion layer.
• Keep Redshift fast and cost-efficient through tuning and optimization.
• Trace issues to root cause across reporting, data models, or upstream processes and route fixes.
• Build data foundations for RevOps initiatives such as account-based marketing and health scoring.
• Apply AI/LLM tools thoughtfully in the data engineering workflow.
