Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Revenue and Yield Manager to lead the Revenue Yield Management function, concentrating on pricing governance, revenue optimization, and profitability aligned with financial objectives. The role oversees pricing approvals, budgeting, P&L, and management reporting.

The position, based at Four ECom, will develop pricing strategies, evaluate commercial proposals, and provide data-driven insights to support sales and cross-functional decision-making in the logistics sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, Data Analytics, Financial Management, or Project Management are preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Revenue and Yield Management, Pricing, Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Business Planning, or related functions.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; experience leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves pricing proposals, RFAs (revenue adjustments), and rate adjustments ensuring governance compliance.
• Pricing strategy and bidding management.
• Manages RFA approvals and ensures proper documentation and compliance of all commercial decisions.
• Provides sales support through data-driven insights and performance reports.
• Collaborates with Sales to support account growth and commercial decision-making.
• Budgeting, financial planning support, P&L generation and financial reporting.
• Cross-functional coordination and issue resolution.
