In this role, you'll support Revenue and Yield Management through pricing analysis, rate computations, profitability assessments, and commercial evaluations. You'll turn financial and market data into actionable insights that support competitive pricing, revenue optimization, and sound business decisions.
What You’ll Do
Pricing & Revenue Analysis
- Prepare rate computations, costing templates, Contribution Margin (CM) analyses, and profitability assessments for customer quotations and pricing requests.
- Analyze pricing scenarios and commercial opportunities to support revenue and profitability objectives.
- Monitor pricing performance, profitability, and relevant market trends.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support pricing and commercial decisions.
Bid & Commercial Support
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of bid pricing, commercial proposals, and pricing scenarios.
- Support the assessment of new business opportunities through pricing and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales and relevant stakeholders to develop competitive pricing solutions.
Rate Card & Pricing Data Management
- Maintain and update rate cards, pricing databases, and approved commercial agreements.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, completeness, and proper documentation of pricing information.
- Support the integrity and availability of pricing data for commercial and operational requirements.
Pricing Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve customer profile, pricing, and rate setup concerns within agreed service levels.
- Ensure compliance with pricing approval workflows, standards, internal controls, and governance requirements.
- Support the resolution of pricing-related issues and ensure timely coordination across functions.
Reporting & Continuous Support
- Prepare pricing, revenue, profitability, and performance reports to support management decision-making.
- Provide analytical support for revenue yield management initiatives.
- Perform other pricing, reporting, analytical, and revenue yield management activities as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Revenue and Yield Management, Pricing, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Planning, Operations, or related functions.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, aviation, or other service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience in management reporting, revenue forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Experience in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Certifications in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, Data Analytics, Financial Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or related fields are an advantage.
