Dusit Princess Cebu City in the Philippines is seeking a Revenue and Reservation Manager to lead revenue management and Reservations operations. The role focuses on maximizing hotel revenue, optimizing pricing, and ensuring efficient booking processes across all channels.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in revenue management, reservations, and related hotel operations, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, or Commercial Operations in upscale or luxury hotels.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Channel Managers, and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Certification in Revenue Management or Hospitality Analytics is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of OTAs, GDS, hotel distribution channels, and digital booking platforms.
• Excellent analytical, financial, problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proven experience managing revenue strategies, pricing, forecasting, and reservations operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
• Analyze demand, trends, competitors, and market intelligence for pricing decisions.
• Manage room rate structures, yield strategies, and pricing models across segments.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market penetration metrics.
• Conduct forecasting and demand analysis for planning and budgeting.
• Oversee reservations operations and distribution across channels.
• Ensure rate parity and content accuracy across platforms.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings with senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on promotions.
