Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts in Cebu City is seeking a Reservation Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring accurate handling of room reservations, inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and special requests. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years in hotel reservations or front office operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Hotel or resort experience is required.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
Strong understanding of room rates, inventory, and reservation procedures.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
Monitor and process room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and confirmations.
Ensure accurate reservation information, rates, room types, and guest details in the hotel system.
Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate reservation staff.
Monitor room availability, inventory, and booking status.
Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding room availability and guest requirements.
Coordinate with Sales regarding group bookings, corporate accounts, packages, and special rates.
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and other channels.
Monitor no-shows, cancellations, overbookings, and guaranteed reservations.
Assist in managing room allocations and maximize occupancy and revenue.
