Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hotel revenue management, reservations, distribution, or hotel commercial operations.
• Experience with forecasting, pricing analysis, inventory management, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with PMS/CRS/Channel Manager/RMS and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, Excel, and revenue reporting.
• Ability to translate data into revenue optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Revenue in developing and monitoring revenue strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability.
• Analyze market demand, booking trends, historical performance, and competitor pricing to suggest rate adjustments and inventory controls.
• Prepare and update room revenue forecasts, monitor booking pace, and address revenue gaps to meet targets.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns to improve competitiveness and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Reservations to optimize inventory and booking restrictions in line with revenue objectives.
• Prepare and analyze revenue performance reports against budgets and benchmarks.
