Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build and optimize the systems, processes, data, and operating infrastructure that power our commercial organization.

You will own the day-to-day Revenue Operations, delivering a single source of truth, improving decision-making, eliminating friction, and enabling our teams to scale with accurate CRM, forecasting, dashboards, and revenue data. This role is highly analytical and operational, turning complex problems into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, GTM Operations, Analytics, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience building or improving CRM systems, dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, forecasting models, and performance scorecards.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Operations infrastructure supporting Marketing, Sales, Growth, Client Services, and leadership.
• Build and improve systems to manage the commercial funnel from lead generation to revenue.
• Establish clear processes, ownership, and workflows across the revenue organization.
• Create a single source of truth for pipeline, opportunities, and revenue metrics.
• Identify gaps and build scalable solutions rather than relying on manual workarounds.
• Partner with leadership to translate revenue goals into measurable operational plans.
