Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to optimize CRM, automate workflows, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts. You will lead SOPs, playbooks, and lead routing while coaching the operations team.

Reporting to the CEO, this hybrid role focuses on removing friction in the sales process and enabling scalable revenue growth for B2B SaaS or FinTech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Hands-on CRM customization and process automation skills.
• Proven ability to build SOPs, playbooks, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM end-to-end configuration, fields, workflows, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain sales SOPs, playbooks, and lead routing templates.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce bottlenecks in the sales motion.
• Provide real-time forecasting, quota tracking, and performance insights.
• Coach and develop ops team members, ensuring scalable processes.
• Collaborate with executives to present insights and optimize revenue.
