Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to design and optimize the systems, data, and processes that power our commercial organization. You will ensure CRM, reporting, forecasting, and dashboards are accurate, connected, and scalable as the company grows.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership to translate revenue goals into actionable operational plans and to build a reliable data-driven decision framework across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, forecasting models, and performance scorecards.
• Hands-on experience managing and improving CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Operations infrastructure powering Marketing, Sales, Growth, Client Services, and leadership.
• Build and continuously improve systems to manage the commercial funnel from lead generation through revenue.
• Create a single source of truth for pipeline, opportunities, revenue, and performance.
