Advantage HQ is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to design, implement, and optimize the revenue systems that power our commercial organization. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Client Services, Finance, and leadership to create a single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Experience building and improving CRM architecture, pipeline processes, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Operations infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, Growth and leadership.
• Develop and maintain pipeline reporting, forecasting, and dashboards.
• Drive data governance, data quality, and CRM standards across teams.
• Automate workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales and execs to align on targets and reporting.
