Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or cash collections.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and actively collect receivables via email and phone.
• Prepare statements of account, aging reports, invoices, and payment documents.
• Investigate disputes and reconcile payments to reduce delinquency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Credit, Accounting and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation of collection activities in ERP systems.
