Xerox is seeking an O2C Cash Collections Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines. You will manage customer accounts, collect outstanding receivables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash collections, or related finance operations.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash and accounts receivable lifecycle.
• Strong billing, collections, reconciliation, and payment application skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable to changing business requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned customer accounts and proactively collect outstanding receivables via email and phone.
• Prepare and distribute statements of account, aging reports, invoices, and supporting documents for payment processing.
• Monitor account aging and take actions to reduce delinquency and improve cash collections.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and unapplied cash.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Credit, Accounting, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Escalate delays and collection concerns per established processes.
• Research and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate balances and payments.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities in ERP and collection systems.
• Support monthly reporting, account reviews, and audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, company policies, and procedures.
