Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to oversee production operations and service delivery for Order to Cash (O2C) systems across hybrid environments. You will manage end-to-end processing for billing, invoicing, and collections while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

The role requires a strong background in both technical operations and financial systems, with expertise in Siebel CRM, Oracle EBS, OBIA, Cognos, and mainframe to cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery or application support.
• Experience managing enterprise and legacy apps across Windows, Linux, Mainframe, and Azure hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM, Oracle EBS, OBIA, Cognos, and data tools.
• Familiar with ITIL practices and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations for O2C systems and legacy apps.
• Oversee daily support for Oracle EBS, Siebel CRM, OBIA, Cognos, and related tools.
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes using ITSM tools.
• Define and report SLA/KPI metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal IT, business units, and service providers.
• Mentor technical teams and promote operational readiness for upgrades.
