Job summary

Xerox Philippines seeks an O2C Cash Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts and actively collect receivables. You will prepare statements, monitor aging, resolve billing issues, and coordinate with Sales, Billing, Credit, and Accounting teams. Strong Excel, ERP experience, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or cash collections.
Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and AR lifecycle.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms is a plus.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and collect outstanding receivables via email and phone.
Prepare statements, aging reports, and supporting documents for payment processing.
Monitor aging and take actions to reduce delinquency and improve cash collections.
Investigate billing disputes and payment discrepancies; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Maintain documentation of collection activities in ERP systems and assist with monthly reporting.
