Job summary

Pavago is seeking a CRO to own the end-to-end revenue strategy for US-based clients. You will lead the sales function, shape the pipeline, and drive retention and expansion across key accounts.

This role is fully remote in an async-first environment, coordinating with US teams across time zones to close deals and hit ambitious targets.

You will build repeatable sales processes and playbooks, report on KPIs, and mentor the team to raise performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with proven revenue targets.
• Experience leading a sales function, not only individual contributions.
• Strong proficiency across prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and verbal English, engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience selling to US-based companies and coordinating across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy and align sales processes to growth goals of US clients.
• Lead and manage the sales function with clear metrics.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from outreach to close.
• Serve as senior point of contact for key accounts, driving retention and expansion.
• Design repeatable sales processes and playbooks for US targets.
• Track revenue KPIs and report performance to guide course corrections.
