Job summary

AsiaPeopleSearch Inc. is seeking a Sales & Events Lead in Makati to oversee the Sales, Catering & Events team, drive revenue growth and ensure flawless event execution with exceptional customer service.

You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, coordinate with Marketing and Operations, mentor the team, and establish SOPs to enhance efficiency and client experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in events or sales leadership and a background in hospitality or related industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in events, sales and/or business development, with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in catering or F&B industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, catering, and events strategies to drive revenue.
• Lead, coach, and manage Sales and Catering & Events teams to meet targets.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
• Manage end-to-end client lifecycle from proposals to post-event evaluation.
• Handle strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop competitive proposals, contracts, and event packages.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, budgets, and profitability.
• Oversee catering, events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for smooth execution.
• Establish and improve SOPs and service standards.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
