Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a Revenue Analytics & Data Science Specialist to perform accurate revenue analysis, reporting, and act as a Revenue Assurance SME on projects affecting billing architecture and controls. Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, auditing revenue-related processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring KPIs to minimize revenue leakage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in revenue assurance, audit or data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analytics and data science to identify patterns and insights.
• UAT testing experience and ability to validate systems changes.
• Ability to liaise with business units to discuss performance and revenue impacts.
• Analytical, curious mindset, capable of scenario analysis and decision support.
• Experience in revenue assurance and troubleshooting in telecoms context.
• Understanding of telecom infrastructure including billing, mediation, CRM, provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and revenue leakage in billing systems and accounts.
• Perform key business audits including regulatory compliance related to revenue.
• Develop test plans and ensure new revenue assurance tools meet expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align revenue practices.
• Track KPIs and take corrective actions to meet standards.
• Ensure chargeable records are generated and billed correctly.
• Document revenue flows and reconcile revenue streams regularly.
• Manage issues impacting revenues from identification to resolution.
• Understand customer needs and ensure high delivery of customer satisfaction.
• Review and validate products, services, promotions; conduct QA testing.
• Monitor tariff implementations for accuracy.
