Job summary

IDP International Education Specialists in Manila, PH, is seeking a Revenue Assurance and Reporting Officer to safeguard revenue performance through data accuracy, governance, and reporting. The role oversees revenue cycles, fixes variances, and collaborates across AR, finance and operations to drive profitability.

The successful candidate will design controls, maintain data integrity, and deliver insights via dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or data/BI certifications are desirable.
• Experience with revenue assurance, pricing and financial reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor end‑to‑end revenue assurance controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of recognised revenue.
• Identify and investigate potential revenue leakage (pricing, unbilled students, refunds).
• Maintain a control register with risk ratings, owners, remediation actions, and target closure dates.
• Review and validate contracted prices and commissions across systems.
• Produce revenue performance and variance reports, with trend analysis and cohort insights.
• Build dashboards enabling drill‑down to transaction level and self‑service access.
• Deliver recommendations to improve forecasting, price yield and profitability.
• Perform reconciliations between source systems and GL to detect variances early.
• Oversee exception handling workflows and quantify root causes.
• Collaborate with AR, Regional Finance, Client relationships, and Operations to align KPIs.
