Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking an IT Audit Specialist to oversee the comprehensive operations of the project audit function in Manila. You will assist in organizing various audits under direct supervision of executive leadership.

Responsibilities include planning and executing end-to-end IT audits, developing internal controls, data analysis, and cross-functional audit support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience; proficiency with SQL, SAP, CRM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Finance, or Communications Engineering.
• Professional experience in the public sector or equivalent, with at least four years of work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools; experience with SAP, OA, CRM, and billing systems is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end IT audits of systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement risk-based IT internal control improvements.
• Design and maintain an audit data mart; perform data analysis to identify anomalies and trends.
• Provide cross-functional audit support for financial, accountability, and special audits; assist the Department Head.
