Qualifications

• Seniority: 8+ years in strategy, BizOps, consulting, or revenue leadership (Director/VP/Principal level).
• Proven executive presence with the ability to advise C-suite stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Strong English proficiency; based in the Philippines with APAC/ East Asia hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as strategic RevOps and GTM owner translating business goals into operational plans.
• Architect scalable revenue systems across Marketing, Sales, CS, aligned with Finance, Data and IT.
• Conduct deep discovery sessions with client executives to diagnose bottlenecks and growth constraints.
• Design end-to-end revenue architecture, roadmaps, and phased growth milestones.
• Lead Tiger Teams to execute strategic roadmaps and ensure executive-level deliverables.
