Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Minimum five years in sales & marketing or related role with proven leasing/events sales impact.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Strategic mindset with focus on innovation and improvement.
• Experience with customer experience tech is a plus.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
