Job summary

Empower LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Retirement Representative to handle incoming calls about employer sponsored retirement plans. The role requires customer service experience and English fluency.

You will assist participants, navigates IVR and website, process requests, and provide retirement readiness education. Flexibility to work 8pm–10am is required; FINRA fingerprinting is a must on hire.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• With no degree, an additional 1–2 years of directly related experience is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services field.
• Must be available to work during 8pm–10am.
• Fluent in English.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries about employer sponsored retirement plans.
• Assist participants through IVR navigation and website.
• Submit research requests and follow up as needed.
• Review and implement communications regarding plan updates.
• Run disbursement quotes and participate in training sessions.
• Provide education on retirement readiness.
• Adhere to work schedule and attend outbound calls as needed.
