Meridial is seeking a Customer Support Agent for a freelance project based in the Philippines. This remote role involves providing support to clients managing retirement plans, including addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have customer service experience, particularly in technical environments. Compensation is $5 per hour for 45-50 hours each week, aligned with US East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support or financial services.
• Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management (401k, IRA) is advantageous.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, accurate support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
• Deliver accurate guidance on clients’ retirement plan offerings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM systems for tracking interactions.
