Job summary

Empower in the Philippines seeks an Associate Client Service Manager to support plan sponsors, advisors, partners and third-party administrators, and to ensure overall delivery of service to clients. You will manage daily communications with internal and external parties to maintain strong client relationships.

You will follow up on outstanding issues, handle inquiries about contributions, loans, distributions, enrollment and payroll support, ensure timely resolution, educate clients on plan

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2-year experience in financial services industry
• Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on outstanding issues with internal functional areas and external clients
• Handle issues related to contributions, loans, distributions, enrollment, payroll support, compliance, audit, reporting and general inquiries
• Ensure issues are resolved and clients are kept apprised of progress
• Handle straightforward problems and refer complex issues to senior staff
• Educate clients on plan provisions and website functionality
• Promptly handle escalated issues
• Promote self-service and education on the plan sponsor service center
• Assist with coordination of client tasks for senior staff
