Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans.
• Assist participants with navigating the automated voice response system.
• Provide education regarding retirement readiness.
• Review and communicate plan updates and changes to callers.
• Provide education on retirement readiness and options.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to the work schedule; may require overtime.

Empower Yourself.The Retirement Representative answers incoming telephone inquiries regarding employer sponsored retirement plans from participants, employers and third-party plan specialists.**What you will do*** Answer incoming telephone inquiries including requests for general account information, concerns related to contributions and withdrawals, making changes to an account, product information and tax questions; complexity and scope of questions based on level* Assist participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system as well as the website* Submit requests for research and follow-up if needed after the initial call* Review, comprehend and implement communication regarding plan updates and changes* Run disbursement quotes, respond to managerial feedback, and attend meetings and training sessions* Provide callers with education regarding retirement readiness* Consistent adherence to work schedule and punctuality required* Work overtime based upon call volumes* May be required to make outbound calls; expectation determined by level**What you will bring*** Associate degree in business or related field preferred* With no degree, an additional one to two years’ directly related experience is required* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field* Must be available to work during the hours of 8pm – 10 am* Fluent in English* FINRA fingerprinting required upon hireWe are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
