Job summary

Open Access BPO is seeking a Sales Representative or Retention Specialist to support customers via phone, chat, and email from our Makati office. You will deliver professional, customer-focused interactions while driving satisfaction and retention metrics.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of BPO experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience in a Sales Representative or Retention Specialist role.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate smartphone and desktop apps.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
