The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Retail or Transformation leadership, strong domain knowledge, and proven ability to manage complex programs with SAP/Oracle experience. MBA strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in Retail, Consulting, or Transformation leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and executive stakeholders.
• Strong business development and sales leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail-focused business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive sales origination, pipeline development, and account growth.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery of consulting engagements and ensure successful client outcomes.
