Love, Bonito is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor/Senior Retail Ambassador in Cebu City to strengthen our team and culture. You will support daily leadership, oversee store operations, and drive customer service excellence on the sales floor.

The role requires leadership, a passion for empowering women through style, and a proven ability to train and coach staff to achieve sales targets. Flexible shifts and weekends are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail leadership position or similar role.
• Completed tertiary education is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store leadership under the Store Manager.
• Oversee store operations, checklists, and stock management.
• Coach staff on guest experience and drive sales performance.
• Lead on cashiering and POS operations during shifts.
• Ensure products are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities.
