Job summary

Love, Bonito in the Philippines is seeking a passionate Retail Trainer to elevate our store teams. You will partner with Store Leaders, Retail Operations and Global Training to deliver confident product knowledge, customer service and selling skills that drive business results.

Beyond training delivery, you’ll coach shop-floor teams, run onboarding and product launches, and tailor materials for local markets while upholding global brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably fashion or customer-centric.
• At least 2 years in training, coaching, learning & development or retail leadership.
• Experience facilitating classroom, virtual and in-store learning.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the market.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, and selling skills training for retail teams.
• Deliver launch training for new arrivals and campaigns.
• Conduct engaging sessions using role plays, workshops, case studies.
• Ensure training reflects Love, Bonito's brand values and customer standards.
• Run store visits to reinforce training and provide feedback.
• Identify capability gaps and craft coaching plans with Managers.
• Collaborate with managers to implement regional learning strategies.
• Support store openings, campaigns and learning projects.
• Localise training materials for the market and maintain records.
