Love, Bonito group is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor/Senior Retail Ambassador in Cebu City. You will lead day-to-day store operations, coach staff, manage inventory, and drive sales while delivering first-class customer service.

The role requires energy, hands-on leadership, and a passion for empowering women through style. You will work on a dynamic team, handle POS transactions, and ensure stock availability across colours and sizes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations under the Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory checks and store checklists.
• Drive store sales performance and customer service excellence.
• Coach staff and provide feedback on the shop floor.
• Ensure stock is available in all colours, sizes and quantities.
• Cashiering duties and POS operations for closing shift.
• Train new staff and schedule shifts.
• Promote excellent customer experience and service standards.
• Be a customer-experience champion with styling advice.
