A global manufacturer of home appliances is seeking a Retail Trainer based in Ortigas, Pasig City. Qualifications

• At least 3 - 5 years of work experience as a Product/ Retail Trainer in Home Appliance Industry.
• Knowledgeable in data management systems and reporting tools.
• Amenable to work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct promoter trainings, including onboarding and monthly sessions.
• Develop and localize training materials for all categories.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify skill gaps.
• Support sales performance by documenting promoters' success stories.
• Manage training-related operations including dealer coordination.
