Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Talent Sourcer in Metro Manila, onsite in Ortigas (3 days a week). You will go beyond the obvious channels to find candidates, build trusted pipelines, and partner daily with a Recruitment Business Partner to win strategic roles.

With 3+ years of sourcing experience in BPO, RPO, agency, or in-house settings, you’ll map talent, run Boolean/X-ray searches, and keep data clean and current.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related experience sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch across BPO, RPO, agency or in-house models.
• Ability to craft smarter sourcing strategies and assess fit beyond keywords.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline people trust screen and connect with candidates who are a genuine fit, not just a keyword match.
• Team up daily with your paired Recruitment Business Partner — your briefing, your feedback loop, your shared win when a candidate lands.
• Keep your pipeline sharp — clean data, real-time updates, zero guesswork for anyone who picks it up after you.
• Grow a talent pool that becomes the sector's secret weapon — the first place anyone looks when a tough role drops.
• Level up: take on the niche, high-stakes requisitions, shape sourcing strategy, and become the person newer Talent Sourcers come to for a better technique.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You've sourced or recruited before — BPO, RPO, agency, or in-house, you know how to build a pipeline from scratch with a minimum of 3+ years of directly related experience.
• You get a real kick out of finding the person nobody else could find. Boolean strings, X-ray search, talent mapping, social and community sourcing — if it's a smarter way in, you’ve probably already tried it.
• You’re endlessly curious about your sector. You want to know why a candidate is great, not just check a box that says they might be.
