Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience handling 50+ roles.
• Experience in retail organisations and knowledge of retail roles.
• Proficient with Dayforce ATS and reporting.
• Knowledge of Indeed, Seek and Dayforce, and basic background check workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support a Talent Partner on sourcing and pipeline management.
• Handle high-volume recruitment with top priority.
• Conduct phone screenings for role fit and culture fit.
• Maintain active communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: opening/closing requisitions, scheduling interviews, and sending calendar invites.
• Manage ATS (Dayforce) and updating candidate status.
• Upload reports in the system.
• Build and maintain an active talent pool.
