Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to lead high-volume sourcing and pipelining across Marketing, Creatives, Real Estate, Finance, and BPO roles. You will own the top of the funnel, ensuring a steady stream of qualified talent for bulk campaigns and rapid ramp-ups.

You will manage multi-channel sourcing, coordinate fast-moving assessments, and provide clear feedback to stakeholders and candidates, driving quarterly hiring targets and process improvements.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume sourcing and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in bulk/mass hiring across diverse roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-channel sourcing and build deep talent benches for fast-moving campaigns.
• Coordinate assessments and interviews to maintain high momentum in the pipeline.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular pipeline updates and insights.
• Extend verbal offers and clearly communicate compensation and onboarding timelines.
• Track candidate activity and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
