Job summary

Bobbitech Enterprises in the Philippines seeks a driven Business Development professional to assist distributors, develop stores, and manage merchandising across assigned regions. The role requires regional travel and close collaboration with store owners and sales staff to achieve targets.

The candidate should have a degree, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Travel readiness and a motorcycle are preferred for efficient regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree (Bachelor’s/College) or 2 years graduate in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• 1 year Telco experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across regions frequently.
• Knows how to prepare daily reports.
• Has a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist the distributor to expand store coverage in the region (store coverage, sales).
• Responsible for assigned area & Mall Kiosk & Concept Store & SIS New Ingress Development.
• Achieve regional SO and store market share targets.
• Monitor store stocks and follow up stock replenishment.
• Follow up on sales uploads in the Data Channel Retail system (DCR).
• Visit stores to resolve issues and push sales achievement.
• Train stores on new product information, policies, and promotions.
• Manage store PSI data and provide market/store feedback.
• Plan and execute store merchandising alignment with brand image.
• Collaborate on brand materials, distribution, storage, and returns.
• Develop merchandising strategies aligned with company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leader.

Job description

1. Company Business Development

• Assist the distributor to expand the coverage of stores in the region (stork coverage, sales)
• Responsible for assigned area & Mall Kiosk & Concept Store & SIS New Ingress Development

2. Store PSI Development

• Responsible for achieving regional SO and store market share target.
• Take care of store stocks status and follow up for stocks filled up for stores.
• Monitoring the sales status of stores and follow up the sales upload on company data system (DCR- Data Channel Retail).
• Visit responsible area stores and solve store problems and dealer concerned issues, to push the sales achievement.
• Responsible to train company new product information and policies& promotion offers to stores owners and sales staff.
• Store PSI data work.
• Market and store information feedback.

3. Assigned Area Merchandising Management

• Responsible for Area brand image planning, product placement and display building, Checking and maintenance.
• Instructions of brand image display guidance, manage and separate sending material distributions. Timely follow up the situation.
• Collaboration with related person of brand materials advertising. Materials keeping, delivery, storage, and return cases.
• Brand promotion, organize and integrate relevant resources according to company strategy to promote the implementation of the plan and supervise the implementation effect.
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by the leader.
