Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure inventory accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service at the Primark Noveleta location in Cavite.

The role requires 2–5 years in retail with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Chinese language knowledge is a plus; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.

• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
