Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at the Primark Cainta, Rizal store. You will lead the store team, drive sales, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold company policies and standards to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in retail management. On-site work in Primark Cainta, Rizal is expected, with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 2–5 years in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Able to work on-site in Primark Cainta, Rizal.
• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store staff performance.
• Handle scheduling, attendance monitoring, and on-the-job training.
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment.
• Oversee stock replenishment, accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure attractive product displays.
• Ensure excellent service standards and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Supervise cashier operations and cash handling.
• Assist in monitoring expenses and improving store profitability.
