Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Primark Guagua location in Pampanga to supervise daily store operations and drive sales performance.

You will lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy, uphold safety and company standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in retail with 1–2 years in supervisory/managerial role
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
• On-site work at Primark Guagua, Pampanga

About the role

The Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned retail store, ensuring sales targets are met, store operations run smoothly, and customers receive excellent service. This role also leads and motivates the store team, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store staff performance
• Handle scheduling, attendance monitoring, and on-the-job training
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment
• Oversee stock replenishment, accuracy, and loss prevention

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 2–5 years in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work on-site in Primark Guagua, Pampanga
