Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team.

You will oversee inventory, customer service, and compliance with company policies, while managing staff schedules and coaching. On-site role at Primark Deparo Gilmar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2–5 years in retail with 1–2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety compliance.
• Implement company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate store staff performance.
• Handle scheduling, attendance monitoring and on-the-job training.
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment.
• Oversee stock replenishment, accuracy and loss prevention.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure attractive product displays.

The Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned retail store, ensuring sales targets are met, store operations run smoothly, and customers receive excellent service. This role also leads and motivates the store team, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Qualifications:
