Job summary

SM Retail is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager for SM Nuvali to drive sales targets and ensure smooth daily operations across branches. You will manage merchandise, staffing, and store policies to maintain optimal performance.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and the ability to implement company procedures while coordinating with the central team for training and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail store operations, inventory management, or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales plans through product assortment, marketing opportunities, and store plantilla completion.
• Direct planning of marketing strategies, merchandising, manpower requirements, and sales during events.
• Monitor branch sales performance and coordinate with Store Managers.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for branches.
• Ensure SOP compliance and enforce Company policies.
• Organize orientation and training for store staff on policies and procedures.
• Oversee equipment, facilities, and store visits; monitor renovations and new stores as needed.
• Coordinate with HR for vacation, OT pay, benefits, and payroll adjustments.
• Identify and promote internal candidates for promotions.
