Job summary

Glory Global is seeking an Account Manager to drive the sale of its full range of retail solutions. You will manage key accounts, identify new revenue opportunities, and ensure timely CRM updates, reports, call plans, and receivables collection in line with Glory Global Solutions selling approach.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, building strong product knowledge, liaising with the Sales team, and coordinating customer installations to deliver total product solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business consultative sales in retail or related sectors.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with proven penetration into retail accounts.
• Ability to deliver solution-based selling to senior executives.
• Independent work style with initiative and drive.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High customer focus and relationship-building ability.
• Solid project management for coordinating internal/external resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and drive new sales streams.
• Regularly monitor accounts and markets for additional revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong product knowledge to support growth opportunities.
• Liaise with Sales team to leverage relationships and deliver total product solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with account stakeholders.
• Develop corrective action plans for customer issues and ensure installations run smoothly.
• Develop comprehensive account plans and provide monthly reports/forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth areas and risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate customer feedback to key stakeholders for future planning.
