Job description

1. Operations

• Supervise stores as may be assigned by the Retail Sales Manager
• Submission of inventory reports
• Submission of visual merchandise report
• Submission of daily sales report
• Attend to customers’ inquiry and complains
• Participate in store’s ingress and egress

2. Financials

• To attain monthly sales quota and growth per store area
• To monitor stock level per store per area
• To lessen and control inventory losses

3. People Management

• To coach and train subordinates to effectively provides quality output
• Maintain harmonious business relationship with clients, customers and subordinates.
• Conduct performance evaluation and recommendation for trainees

Qualifications

• Must be at least college undergraduate
• With retail sales experience of at least 3 years in the same capacity
