TigerUX is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store activities, manage staff, and drive sales performance. You will oversee inventory, customer service, and visual merchandising while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in retail ops, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. On-site work in Bacolod region with travel to Negros stores is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of retail sales and operations experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple stores, branches, or locations.
• Strong sales management, performance analysis and revenue growth exposure.
• Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other departments to maintain consistent operational standards across all stores.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Customer Service

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Support upselling and other sales initiatives to improve store performance.

People Management

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of retail staff, cashiers, and merchandisers.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure staff fulfill their duties and responsibilities effectively.
• Develop and manage staff schedules based on store operations and staffing requirements.

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory processes, including receiving deliveries, stocking, stock counts, and inventory monitoring.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and promptly resolve stock discrepancies.
• Implement loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

Sales and Visual Merchandising

• Track store sales performance and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the execution of sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing to maintain appealing and effective product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Compliance and Administration

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety standards, labor regulations, and other applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including employee attendance and work schedules.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, achieving sales targets, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Experience in recruitment, employee training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention practices.
• Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements applicable to retail operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.
