Job summary

EuroAsia Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate in Metro Manila to support day-to-day store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist customers, handle product inquiries, and promote items to meet sales targets.

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and inventory movement.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, labeling, and merchandising standards.
• Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback on customer preferences and product movement.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate stock records.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and other store-related reports as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Tourism Management, Nursing, or any related course.
• With experience in retail operations, sales, merchandising, or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
