Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail/FMCG is an advantage.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple hiring requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented and dependable.
• Willing to visit store branches for fieldwork.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for store and office roles.
• Post job advertisements on portals and social media.
• Source applicants through online and offline channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews for various levels.
• Prepare offers and employment requirements.
• Monitor hiring status and manpower requests.
• Maintain applicant databases and trackers.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate with departments for deployment.
