Chromaesthetics Inc. is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to lead and develop Retail Operations Coordinators and ensure sales targets, SOPs, and visual standards are met across all stores and kiosks.
You will monitor performance, coach teams, and implement company initiatives while maintaining strong collaboration with the Retail Manager and cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel is required.
The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing the Retail Operations Coordinators to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, and execution standards across all assigned retail stores and kiosks. The role drives field execution by monitoring business performance, coaching coordinators, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring company initiatives are effectively implemented.
The Retail Operations Supervisor serves as the link between the Retail Manager and the field team, ensuring operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across all retail channels.
Drive achievement of sales targets across assigned territories through effective management of Retail Operations Coordinators.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by store, region, coordinator, and Beauty Advisor.
Analyze sales trends, identify business opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
Review key retail KPIs and ensure execution of improvement initiatives.
Lead business reviews with coordinators to evaluate performance and action plans.
Supervise, coach, and develop Retail Operations Coordinators.
Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching sessions.
Ensure coordinators effectively manage and coach Retail Operations Coordinators.
Establish clear objectives, priorities, and accountability measures for the team.
Identify capability gaps and recommend training and development plans.
Ensure consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores.
Monitor compliance with company policies, retailer requirements, and operational standards.
Review store audit findings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Standardize operational best practices across all territories.
Oversee new store openings, renovations, and operational improvement projects.
Ensure all visual merchandising standards and planograms are consistently implemented.
Monitor execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
Ensure testers, fixtures, POS materials, and displays meet company standards.
Conduct random field audits to validate execution quality.
Monitor inventory health across assigned stores.
Ensure stock availability to maximize sales opportunities.
Review Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor slow-moving inventory and recommend depletion strategies.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams on replenishment requirements.
Consolidate and analyze sales and operational reports from coordinators.
Develop business insights and recommend strategies to improve store productivity.
Present territory performance, risks, and opportunities to the Retail & Trade Sales Manager.
Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all operational reports.
Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Leasing teams.
Ensure field execution aligns with company campaigns and commercial objectives.
Support implementation of company-wide retail initiatives and special projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of retail operations, field sales, or retail management experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Experience managing multiple retail stores or territories, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or specialty retail.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting systems.
Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular field visits.
