Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in retail.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising or ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
