We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at Agripacific Corporation. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day retail operations across our area or multi-site locations. As Retail Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and supporting our retail management team in achieving our organisational objectives.
Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities within the store. Supervises and coaches team members and performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Oversees the daily activities in both Front of House and Back of House, as applicable.
Checks compliance of the store team to the company’s Food, Service, and Cleanliness standards as well as government regulatory requirements.
Conducts inventory of raw materials and/or finished goods, forecasts requirements based on sales targets and adjusts orders accordingly. Coordinates with Commissary and/or Supply Chain to ensure no stock-out and overstocking.
Conducts a daily assessment of all tools/equipment to ensure optimum efficiency within the working area.
Handles customer issues and concerns and escalates unresolved cases to an Immediate Leader for appropriate action.
Prepares needed reports, such as but not limited to Sales, Inventory, Customer Feedback, etc.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Oversees the training of new store crew.
Leads and motivates the store crew while ensuring a healthy work environment and a high level of employee engagement.
Identifies people development initiatives for the store crew to strengthen their ability to deliver store results.
Facilitates effective performance management and coaching with the store crew.
Leads in team huddles, and meetings, and communicates business and organizational updates.
Graduate of a four‑year course, preferably in the field of Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related field.
With 1-2 years of supervisory function in a service‑oriented industry such as retail, hotel, casual dining (preferred), or quick service restaurant, among others.
Relevant work experience in Food and Beverage (F&B) retail operations is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales processes.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional retail experiences.
