Job summary

Agripacific Corporation is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor in Makati City, Metro Manila. The role oversees day‑to‑day retail operations across the area or multiple sites, ensuring smooth efficiency, high service standards, and collaboration with the retail management team.

You will supervise store activities, coach staff, manage inventory, and handle customer issues while preparing key reports. Strong leadership and customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4-year degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in service industries such as retail, hospitality, or quick service.
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage retail operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising and sales processes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional retail experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities and overall store operations.
• Ensure compliance with Food, Service, Cleanliness standards and regulatory requirements.
• Forecast inventory needs, coordinate with Commissary/Supply Chain to avoid stockouts/overstocks.
• Monitor tools/equipment for optimum efficiency and address issues.
• Handle customer issues and escalate unresolved cases to leadership.
• Prepare reports (Sales, Inventory, Customer Feedback, etc.).
• Lead training for new store crew and drive team engagement.
• Facilitate performance coaching, team huddles, and update meetings.
