Job summary

TigerUX seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations in Negros, Philippines. You will manage staffing, inventory, customer service, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures, driving consistency and process improvements.

The role requires 5–8 years in retail operations with a managerial background, strong leadership, and a proven track record in sales growth, loss prevention, and staff development. Weekend and travel within Negros are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, sales target achievement, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention.
• Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements relevant to retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, customer service, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure consistent operational standards across stores and drive process improvements.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Support sales growth through customer engagement, product recommendations, and upselling initiatives.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and supervision of store staff.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with operational expectations.
• Manage inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and stock monitoring.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support loss prevention and inventory control initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store results.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Coordinate visual merchandising activities to enhance product presentation and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
